only stayed 1 night, as we didn't have time, but glad that chose this homely hotel. the affable staff helped us during visit. location: the property was very close to several restaurants, and manitoba. there was tim hortons nearby to grab something to eat. we did not want to leave and would go back in flash.

The Home Hotel in Boissevain offers exceptionally comfortable rooms that include a shower and bath sheets. the staff are all amicable and great, making your stay enjoyable. the hotel is located in a marvellous spot right in the middle of the city.

Just returned from a delightful stay at The Home Hotel in Boissevain. Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, this hotel has it all. I stayed for two nights and found the room to be relatively quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep. The attached restaurant offers an amazing menu, and the all-day breakfast, particularly the "bacon lovers" option, is a must-try. With 8 strips of real bacon, along with eggs, hash browns, and toast, it's a breakfast lover's dream. The shower was excellent, and the towels were great too. Plus, having the convenience of an attached restaurant and bar was a definite bonus.

The hotel had a distinct old-fashioned vibe with dated interiors, and the ongoing renovations made it seem less homely. The restaurant had an early closing time, and there were limited dining options in the small town after 6 pm.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was a pleasant surprise. the room was comfortable, clean and equipped with comfortable mattresses. the bar and restaurant, albeit modest, provided a nice meal. the staff was kind and attentive. the hotel's location was perfect, with everything I needed nearby, including bars and food options.

the downside was that the hotel was very dated and in need of some TLC.

The hotel seemed outdated, and renovations were ongoing. the bedsteads were slippery, and the mattress moved off quickly.
